By accessing and using the Elevate Health Careers website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Elevate Health Careers provides international healthcare recruitment services, including but not limited to: NMBI registration support, visa and immigration assistance, job placement coordination in Irish hospitals, IELTS/OET guidance, pre-departure and post-arrival support.

3. Registration and Eligibility

To use our recruitment services, you must:

  • Be a qualified nurse with valid registration in your home country
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
  • Be willing to undergo the NMBI recognition process
  • Meet the English language requirements set by NMBI (IELTS 7.0 overall or OET B in all sections)

4. No Fee Policy for Candidates

Elevate Health Careers does not charge placement fees to nurses. Our services to candidates are provided free of charge. Any person claiming to represent Elevate Health Careers and demanding fees from candidates should be reported to us immediately.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your application.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Elevate Health Careers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elevate Health Careers acts as a recruitment intermediary. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Job placement is subject to employer requirements, NMBI approval, and visa issuance, all of which are beyond our direct control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
